WEEEEEE!

I know it's been over a week and to all three of you who read my blog, I apologize! It has been pretty crazy around here this week. My parents decided to paint the house so I have not been able to get to the computer. Oh well! Nothing too crazy happened this week, so it's ok! I love it when Candice comes over here to stay. We were looking at old pictures of us and it was great! Man, we had some rough times! Luckily we have grown out of a few of those phases! I can't believe I weighed 50 lbs more on my mission than I do right now! WOW! Sometimes I wondered why I kept getting fatter if I was walking 8 hours a day, usually up hills and stairs! Then I remembered how much I ate and I realized that its all about the diet! I'd post some pictures, like before and after but I didn't have a digital camera down there so I'd have to figure out the scanner and we all know that's not happening!

So if you are wondering if that is a stack of chairs holding up the slide, you are correct! This is an old slide that we used to have in our tree house, but has been behind the hut in the backyard for about 10 years. It just needed to be scrubbed and sprayed off and is was as good as new! HA HA we are GHETTO! Olivia loved it so much though so we my have to break down and buy a real slide! We will pay someone for their old one! Whenever we drive by a playground Liv says WEE WEE WEE! She went over to the neighbors house today and played with their little girls and did NOT want to come back home! They have a great little playset and the slide went into the pool, so we felt we had to keep up with them! Nice try! KC thought it would be a good idea to put the hose on the slide and that made her go down super fast! It may have scared her a little bit at first, but it didn't stop her! I keep trying to drop hints to my parents that they need to get a new swingset and trampoline, but I guess when more grandkids come, they'll be more motivated!
