Eventful Weekend!

How wonderful are Sundays? You get to sleep in, lounge around and just be with your family all day. It's great! I was so glad Kate came home, even though it was a super short trip. I love it when she is here! We always laugh so much and she likes to play tricks on Mom, just like me! Yesterday was a great day for all of us. It was my Dads birthday, and of course, Mothers Day! Kellen sent me the most beautiful tulips. Thanks Sweetie!

We went to the zoo after we picked Kate up on Saturday. We bought these stylin tee shirts that said Mommy And Me At The Zoo on them. They were having a Mothers Day celebration there and it was really fun. Olivia loved looking at all of the animals and running around. Luckily it was a beautiful day.
These turkeys were getting a little too close for comfort! Liv likes her turkeys at least 3 feet away, thanks!

Happy Birthday Daddy! We had a BBQ on Sunday for Mothers Day/Dads Birthday. My Dad is such a great griller! Then we just hung out and took some tulips form the yard up to Grandmas grave.

I forgot to mention that we went out with Matt and Sara on Friday and Dave and his little family were there too! It was so good to get caught up with them, even if most of our attention now goes to our kids! Olivia loves playing with their kids so we should do it more often!
