Happy May 5th everyone! Ok, so this is not a holiday that we generally celebrate, but why not? Most of the Mexicans I know don't even know why they are tomando cerveza today, but they feel compelled to do it anyways! Now, if any of you know me, you know that I have a little bit of latin blood still running in my veins from my mission. Not much, but its there! I have to admit that I am a big fan of the street taco, and I still crave rice and beans (Ecuadorian style or course!) So this post is for all of my "bean eatin" friends out in the WVC. Happy (sortof) independance day from France! Que tengan fiestas grandes y arroz caliente!
