Thankful for the blog...

I was just talking to Keelee tonight and I had a small panic attack! I feel like I want to spend so much time with everyone I know before we leave, and I don't have enough time to do it! We are leaving on Friday to go to Vegas for my cousins homecoming, and then we will be on our way down to Mesa! Every time I tell someone that we are moving to Phoenix the first thing that they tell me is "oh man, its hot there!" REALLY?!!!!!!

I don't mean to be rude to any of you who have said that to me, and I really do appreciate all of the wonderful advise and comments on the blog. It really means so much to us to know that we'll be missed, and that we have so many amazing, beautiful friends here.

I just think that the sweltering heat is the first thing that we all think of when we think of AZ. I know its the first thing I think of! But there are some great lakes around Phoenix to cool off at, and almost everyone has a pool. There are splash parks all over the place for the kiddies, and lets face it, I spend most of my time inside the house anyways!

I can't wait for my Mother and Father in law to get to know me a little bit better. We have never had the opportunity to live in the same state (let alone the same house!) so it will be so much fun to be down there with them and Kellen's sister and her cute family!

The point of this post I guess is that we are excited for this change in our lives, and I am so glad that I started a blog so that I can keep in touch with everyone!

What?! You're leaving this weekend? That means we won't even have a chance to hang out. Darn it. Maybe I'll have to run up and visit for a minute. Good luck!

Camille, this is Stephanie Barton. I stumbled across your blog through mutual friends and so excited that I found you! I just wanted to give you a heads up that Nick (my brother) got accepted to ASU's law school and just barely moved down there. You and Kellen will have to look him and his wife up. She is a darling girl and you will have lots of fun with her.

I didn't know your in-law's lived there! That will be nice, you'll already have babysitters instead of have to hurry and meet people for that sole purpose. Haha. My friend Joy lives in AZ and loves it! They were there just for school and decided to stay, so you never know! We should plan a weekend to all come visit you and have a girl's weekend, they have some great malls there! Good luck, you'll love it and it will be such a great experience.
