So, road trips are typically boring,and this one would have been like all the others, except I had Candice in my car with me and she really kept me going! Playing with Liv, being a great DJ, and taking pictures of both of us! She was such a great help, and I didn't realize how much of a help until I was all by myself with Liv on the way from Vegas to Phoenix. Wow! Driving with a 2 year old is intense! She was actually a really good girl the whole way. We watched a lot of Care Bears and Nemo though. I may not be able to watch those for a while! This is a picture if Liv being so bored in the car seat that she reached around and found a lampshade that kept her (and Candice) entertained for at least 5 minutes!
We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas. It was so nice! Candice already mentioned all the good things about that place on her blog, so I won't bore you, but let's just say its first class! This was at the pool. Liv was obsessed with the pool there (and here now!) She says pool pool pool, and flaps her arms like she is swimming!
Kate, My Mom, and I at my uncles house. My cousin Spencer just got home from his mission in Mexico, so we went to see him talk in church. It was refreshing to spend the weekend with family, and at such a nice place.
Kate should take more pictures of her funny face. Beat these Keelee and Brooke!

We had a little get together before we left on Thursday night. This is my dad feeding Liv way too much homemade ice cream (raw eggs!) Dang, that ice cream was so good! Thanks for all the yummy goodies Mom and Dad!

Liv Loved playing on the swings with Chelsey. She was really laughing hard at her, it was so cute!
This really has nothing to do with this weekend, but I bought Liv some big girl undies and she loves them! I am not trying to promote child nakedness or anything like it, but how cute are little undies on babies?!!!

So glad you made it in one piece! Man I don't think I can beat that pic of all you girls... I laughed pretty hard at that one, especially Livs cute little face as you were pulling her cheeks and she was looking at you all like a bunch of freaks!!! I Love you. Have fun in NEWPORT!
